Islamic State has taken responsibility for Sunday’s shooting at an art fair in Texas that featured cartoons of the Prophet Muhammad, the first time the extremist group has claimed an attack on U.S. soil. In a radio broadcast on Tuesday, the group said two of its “soldiers” carried out the attack in Garland, Texas.
